TOM YAM KOONG (Tom Yum Kung)


If you've come to Thailand the special menu for you is "TOM-YAM-KOONG" with hot and spicy food. I'm in Thai, my mother always cooking Tom-Yam-Koong for my meal every week that make me happy so much.

Ingredient:

1. Shrimp ................
(You can also add Fish and Squid as you want)
2. Thai chili paste....2 tbsp. 3.Tomato ..............2 fruits
4.Chili......................... 4-5 fruits
5.Lemongrass (cut) .
6.Galangal (cut)......
7.Kaffi lime leaves.....2 leaves
8.coriander leaves....2 sprigs
9.Fish sauce .............. 2 tbsp.
10.lime juice............. 3 tbsp.

Tom Yam Koong (Step-by-step)
1. Add lamongrass ,galangal and boil until done
2. Add thai chili paste
3. Add tomato,chili and kaffi limeleaves
4. Add fish sauce and lime juice
5. Boil until done (1-2 minute)...
6. Add shrimp(Also fish and squid)

Tips:
once the shrimp turn white,add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
